First time permits Ages 15-17 please bring in one document from the primary & secondary identification requirements list, blue card and a parent or legal guardian.  For Out of Country applicants, please refer to the Driver's License for All document requirement list.  Knowledge test at a Third Party Proctor have a 30 minutes time limit per test.  If you have unsuccessfully taken the knowledge test three times you can no longer retest at this office you will need to go to a State Office for any retesting. If you are more than 5 minutes late for your testing appointment you may have to reschedule.
